Advanced Placement (AP)

Students of Elder High School can earn college credit and placement by taking Advanced Placement (AP) courses and scoring well enough on the AP Exams. AP subjects offered at Elder include Art, Computer Science, English, Mathematics, Science, Social Studies, and World Languages. Dual-Credit Courses

Additionally, Elder offers several dual-credit courses. Students successfully completing a dual-credit course will receive a transcript from the college or university offering their chosen course. Students should check with the college or university they plan to attend after high school concerning their acceptance of transfer credit.
